I greatly enjoyed the hotel overall. Everything was brand-new, the parking was on site, the room was spacious. The location was marvellous and stunning, minutes from Klub Neu. Plenty of meals for breakfast, it was great.

I recently stayed at Arcotel Hafencity for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is brand new and the rooms, especially those designed for disabled guests in wheelchairs, are the best I've ever used. The facilities are excellent and the breakfast was top-notch. The hotel also offers safe parking for guests. Although it's located outside the historic city center, it's conveniently situated next to a tram stop and a city bike path, making it easy to reach the city center within 10 minutes by tram, bike, or a pleasant 20-minute walk. Additionally, the hotel is in a great location for cycling around and exploring Dresden, with the German bike road just 10 meters away and the popular CityBeach Bar being only 25 meters away. the hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort, amenities, and location.

We loved this hotel for its modern and sleek design. It was very clean and had great hotel facilities like parking and easy transportation access. It was located super close to all the beautiful historical sights of this city, and was also conveniently close to the tram. The location near the river was perfect for taking a scenic stroll.

If you're looking for a hotel with a convenient location for Christmas market shopping, this is it! The rooms are clean and nicely decorated for the season. The breakfast selection is impressive, with warm and cold options make the chilly winter mornings a bit more bearable. Parking is safe and secure, so you can leave your car and enjoy the festivities without worrying about it.

The heating doesn't seem to be working properly, and the rooms are too cold to be comfortable. The staff is not very helpful in resolving this issue, which really put a damper on our stay.

The biggest drawback was the location. The hotel was not centrally located and was situated in an industrial-looking neighborhood being converted into residential areas.

Great location by the river and a beautiful sandy beach just across the street. The breakfast was incredible, plenty of food options and really good coffee. The hotel also had a nice terrace with a bar.

The parking was mandatory and quite expensive, while there were free parking places on the street in front of the hotel. The gym was not well equipped and hard to reach.

Value for money was excellent, and the room was clean and spacious. The location was convenient with easy access to the city center by tram or bike. The staff was professional and friendly, especially the receptionist and restaurant server.

The food for breakfast could have had more variety.
